    Setup time varies depending on your existing systems and workflows. Simple AI Assistants can be up and running within 10 minutes, while more complex AI Agents involve an implementation plan that we'll guide you through.

  • Will I need to retrain my staff?

    Our AI Agents and AI Assistants are designed to reduce your team's workload by automating repetitive tasks, integrating smoothly into existing workflows. The main learning curve is simply knowing which tasks they'll now handle for you!

    You can cancel any time! Just cancel your account before your next billing period. It's that simple.

  • How do updates and improvements get implemented in your AI products?

    As a SaaS provider, our updates are delivered seamlessly and constantly. You don't have to do anything to receive any updates, it's all part of your usual access fees.

  • Can your AI Agents operate in multiple languages?

    Yes our Agents are multilingual supporting all major languages, and are designed to respond in the language of the user. This is all automatic, and no additional training is required.

  • What is the process for scaling up usage as our business grows?

    Thanks to our largely serverless model with global redundancies outages are very rare. But some tasks rely on integrations with third parties, and any one of those could also be temporarily unavailable.
    In the instance an outage should occur, all tasks will be queued to be executed once systems are back online.

  • Do you offer an uptime guarantee?

    Yes, we offer a 99.99% uptime guarantee for our services. We are committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted access to our AI Assistants and Agents. In the unlikely event of a service interruption that affects this uptime commitment, please contact our support team. We will promptly address the issue and arrange service credits in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Are your AI solutions cloud-based, or can they be deployed on-premises?

    All our services are 100% SaaS and cloud based. We do not offer any on-premises solutions currently.

  • Do you offer a sandbox environment for testing before full deployment?

    Yes, we offer sandbox environments for both our existing and custom solutions, allowing you to test functionality before full deployment.
