We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the Services, removing content, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

You may not use the Services for any of the following purposes:
- Illegal activity: Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, including data protection, privacy, and export control laws.
- Harmful content: Generating, storing, or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, or that promotes discrimination, violence, or hatred.
- Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Fraud and deception: Using the Services to deceive, defraud, or mislead any person, or to impersonate any individual or organisation.
- Malware and security threats: Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data.
- Spam and unsolicited communications: Sending bulk unsolicited messages or using the Services in connection with spam campaigns.
- Data scraping: Using automated tools to extract data from the Services without our prior written consent.
- Service disruption: Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure, or that interferes with the proper functioning of the Services.
- Resale without authorisation: Reselling or sublicensing access to the Services without our prior written consent.
- AI misuse: Using AI features to generate content that is deliberately misleading, designed to manipulate public opinion, or used to harm individuals or groups.
4. Data and Privacy
You must handle all personal data accessed through the Services in compliance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose data you process using the Services, and for ensuring that your use of personal data complies with your own privacy policy and all applicable regulations.
You may not use the Services to collect sensitive personal data (including health, financial, or biometric data) without implementing appropriate safeguards and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
5. AI Features — Specific Guidelines
Our AI-powered features are designed to augment your business operations. When using AI features, you agree to:
- Review all AI-generated content before using it in customer-facing or commercial contexts
- Not attempt to circumvent safety filters or use AI features to generate prohibited content
- Not use AI features to generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent
- Not use AI features to produce content that could be used to deceive or manipulate consumers
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or if you believe your content or account has been affected by a violation, please report it immediately to hello@acqui.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
7. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, removal of your content, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and/or legal action. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this AUP in our sole discretion.
