The Service is designed to assist students in reviewing their academic assignments before submission. The Service processes submissions using artificial intelligence technology, including but not limited to OpenAI, and may involve third-party processors or hosting providers. The Service is generally hosted in the United States but may be hosted in other countries from time to time.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.
- Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- Distribute or upload content that promotes hate speech, violence, or any form of harassment.
- Submit assignments that violate intellectual property laws or contain illegal material, including but not limited to copyrighted texts, images, or software without proper authorisation.
- Use the Service to transmit or upload any viruses, malware, or other harmful software that could compromise the security of the Service or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
- Circumvent, probe, or otherwise test the Service's security measures.
4. Excessive Use and Fair Usage
The Service operates on a fair usage basis to ensure that all users can enjoy reliable and high-quality service. Excessive use of the Service, including submitting an unreasonable number of assignments or making excessive API calls, may result in limitations on your account, or in severe cases, account suspension or termination. Excessive use is defined as use that negatively impacts the performance or availability of the Service for other users.

You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any educational institution's policies, rules, or regulations.
