Acqui AI, Inc. provides AI-powered business operations software, including but not limited to Acqui.app (CRM, invoicing, job management, POS, and finance tools), AI agent services, and AI consulting. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACQUI AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
