End User License Agreement (EULA) for Acqui AI, Inc

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Acqui AI, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Acqui.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
2. License Grant

The Service uses third-party processors, including but not limited to OpenAI, and may be hosted in various jurisdictions, including the USA and other countries. 6. Fees and Payment
Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service as described at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified when you subscribe or purchase the Service.
7. All Sales Are Final
All sales of the Service are final. Once a purchase or subscription is made, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided, except as required by applicable law. 8. Term and Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and uninstall any software related to the Service, if applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Acqui AI, Inc. or its licensors, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warrantie
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.
12. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or within the Service. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
